It’s missing a lot of depth, but this is a cool, interactive modern art timeline http://amplify.com/u/ao704 http://amplify.com/u/ao70a
This is really cool. The artists words:
“I’ve explored that idea in this series by re-imagining four common products from 2010 as if they were designed in 1977: an mp3 player, a laptop, a mobile phone and a handheld video game system. I then created a series of fictitious but stylistically accurate print ads to market them, as well as a handful of abstract posters (you know, just for funsies).”
The Sword of a Facebook Revolution has a Double Edge.
Great for dissidents…and Secret Police. Fascinating take.

I’m starting to get annoyed with having to update my many iPhone apps so frequently. @apple, I give you permission to just do it. Thx. http://amplify.com/u/anukr
Banksy: British Graffiti Artist
Great stuff. More British interesting works by this graffiti artist, political activist and painter at the source. #publicart
The scariest commercial I’ve ever seen…almost. #advertising
Holy crap, this crazy commercial made me nauseous. I hope they paid that model more than minimum wage. They just left her up there by herself for who knows how long…can’t imagine how this got approved by the Gov’t or Chevy. Guess this is where Detroit auto lobbyists and the Don Drapers of Madison Ave. earned there keep back then. Btw, other Thelma parachuting in to help Louise take the Chevy for a ride, how the heck did this car (and Louise) get down?
…and New York is the Giants’ town once again. http://amplify.com/u/bng5u
For those watching the Packers Bears game, you could be witnessing one of the greatest, most unlikely comebacks of all time. If some nobody QB named Caleb Hanie comes off the bench in the NFC championship game to take the Bears to the Superbowl you can pour the concrete. Amazing… #NFL http://amplify.com/u/bnfuo
The wonderful spirit of young Ezra Frech
Gratitude and attitude cannot be underestimated…a true force. My favorite line from Ezra: “I can’t skip very well but I can skip a different way”…awesome perspective. This little guy is an inspiration to me; I would not be surprised if he ends up becoming a great success and ultimately owning the Los Angeles Lakers one day. Nice job by Pau Gasol too, he goes to the top of my list of favorite pro athletes and I’ll be rooting for the Lakers henceforth. Go Ezra!
